Phyllostachys bissetii, a graceful arching bamboo is ideal for a windy spot. Glossy olive green canes with tons of leaves create a really dense plant. It forms a neat clump and doesn't get too tall, ideal for hedging or that exposed corner. It's height can reach up to to 5 metres (in the UK) and it will tolerate sun or light shade. Hardiness to -23°C.
