Delivery & Returns

We deliver nationwide. It is our priority to ensure our plants reach you safely and without any damage, that's why we have tried to source a reliable courier. All our plants are carefully packaged and marked as fragile. If in the unlikely case your plants are not delivered in the same condition as they left the nursery, please call us immediately on 01376 561212.

We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days and deliver on a next day service (exclusions may apply). If there are any potential delays on your order we will contact you at the first opportunity.

Items that carry a surcharge will be hand delivered by us and we will call you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time.
