A seasonal garden designed to maximise views from house and pool area. The space blends contrasting materials and plants with unique structure, texture and complementing colour. 

Evergreen and deciduous trees form the structural backbone and give year-round colour. Cornus, Silver birch and Prunus serrula provide spring to summer leaf and flower, giving way to brilliantly coloured stems and branches autumn to winter. Vertical Cypress, box balls, and the Chamaerops humilis fan leaves, give permanent shape and greenery, softened by feathery textured oriental grasses.

An ancient olive and circular oak bench stands in a sun loving gravel bed and is a focal point from the lounge.

Shingle paving meanders from the pool area through herbaceous borders, and a fresh lawn provides a canvas on which the garden sits.
