Eschscholzia 'Ivory Castle'

These California poppy plants are ready for planting out now into a very well drained soil in full sun, they love it if the soil is poor and not too rich. Eschscholzia are a hardy annual meaning the plant will die down at the end of summer but it will have dispersed it seed and there will be more plants the following season, not all guaranteed to be the same colour. 'Ivory Castle' s a beautiful variety with very pale creamy/yellow flowers and blue-grey ferny foliage. We grew these for the Chelsea Flower Show in 2019 and loved them, they look wonderful with so many other herbaceous perennials and will slot into the tiniest of gaps, flowering from June-Oct. Height 40cm.
