Dianthus carthusianorum is a beautiful species Dianthus from Europe, naturally found growing amongst tall grasses in full sun on a free draining soil. This lovely Dianthus has single, deep magenta flowers which are scented on tall slender stems. This Carthusian Pink looks lovely planted amongst ornamental grasses and other tall, airy herbaceous perennials.
Plant in a free draining soil in full sun. Flowers from June until September.
