Helenium 'Moerheim Beauty' is fabulous herbaceous perennial, a must have plant for the mixed summer/autumn border. It is an upright plant with lots of beautiful copper-red flowers with a velvet, chestnut-brown cone centre. It is an absolute bee and butterfly magnate, so really great as a pollinator. Helenium looks great in a mixed-prairie style design with ornamental grasses and the seedheads looks lovley if left over the winter.
Plant in a well drained soil (not too dry) in a sunny position.
